One CSV up to 5,000 rows and 20 columns. Proposed deliverables: cleaned CSV, transformation log, row-count reconciliation, unresolved-issues report, and one revision within the agreed scope. Final scope, total price, delivery timing, revision deadline, and cancellation/refund terms must be agreed in writing before any order. No import-compatibility or business-outcome guarantee is offered.

How the work would proceed

  1. Describe the destination system and its required column, date, and number formats.
  2. Start with a small redacted sample and confirm that you have permission to share it.
  3. Agree which columns may change and which must remain exact, including identifiers and leading zeros.
  4. Review the proposed rules and unresolved cases before processing.

A small synthetic example

These are fictional examples, not customer work. Under an explicitly agreed US number format, $1,250.00 becomes 1250.00. An English month-name date such as Oct 2 2026 becomes 2026-10-02. An ambiguous date such as 03/04/2026 stays unchanged and is flagged. Missing amounts are not invented, and duplicate-looking rows are retained unless removal rules are approved.
